P&C AGM March 20, 2026

Dear Parents & Carers,
You are warmly invited to join us for a morning tea at the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Burwood Public School P&C Association.
We will be meeting at the YMCA Building at 9am on Friday 20 March 2026. All parents and carers are welcome to join us, including any children you may have with you on the day.
If you cannot attend in person, you can also join us via Google Meets at the link below. Attached is a copy of the 2026 AGM agenda, 2025 Audit report and the meeting minutes from the 2025 AGM.
There will be the opportunity to join the P&C as a member or to renew your existing membership – which continues to be $2 per year. Membership allows you to vote at the AGM and P&C meetings, and to stand for election to the P&C Executive Committee. We will be electing a President, two Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer and up to six Executive members. If you are interested in joining the committee, please get in touch via email or speak to us on the day.
Following the AGM, we will hold our March general meeting. Attached is a copy of the March agenda and the meeting minutes from February 2026.
